The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference 4th read above, wherein all the District Educational Officers are instructed to identify the surplus Headmasters and Teachers and take up work adjustment of Headmasters and Teachers working in Primary School, Upper Primary Schools and High Schools duty constituting a Committee at District Level and complete the process on or before 31-12-2016
They were also instructed to fill up all the needy vacancies with surplus teachers within the Mandal or neighboring Mandals that to within the division, exception if required, out of division
It is brought to the notice of the Commissioner of School Education that some of the District Educational Officers are not following the guidelines issued and are allotting the teachers to far away Mandals under work adjustment. It is also found that the work adjustment exercise is yet to be completed and orders issued in some districts.
in view of the above, all the District Educational Officers are hereby once again instructed to follow the guidelines issued in the reference 4th cited strictly. You are also instructed to ensure that all the adjusted teachers shall be relieved by 12th January 2017 Such relieved teachers shall work in the newly allotted school from 16th January 2017 Compliance report may be submitted promptly. Any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education are requested to monitor closely the above process with the District Educational Officers under their jurisdiction and report compliance on 17th January 2017
